Reticle Pod N2 Purge

Purge with small volume in N2 or XCDA for mask/ reticle pod. Set with RFID identified system. By observing the four-color light on the equipment, the operator can aware of the status of the purge. With the movement of the ascent/ descent door, to distinguish input or output status.
